Cedrus Deodara (Deodar Cedar)

Large tree, conical when young, widening with age, pendulous branches. Widely planted in large gardens

Cotoneaster Cornubia (semi-evergreen)

Popular semi-evergreen tree, vigorous growth, splendid array of red berries in the Autumn.

Cupressocyparis Leylandii - Green & Castlewellan Gold

Green & Golden Leyland conifers available for an instant screen. These trees are already around 3m in height. For slightly slower growth rate, select the golden Castlewellan variety.

Cupressus Sempervirens Stricta

The Italian Cypress, noted for its architectural merit. Stunning effect when used to create structure & formality. Available in several sizes up to around 6m in height. If you want a taste of Tuscany you will need this tree in your garden!

Eucalyptus Gunnii

One of a number of different Eucalyptus' that are available at our nursery. 'Gunnii' is the popular blueish tree with round leaves. Others in stock include, E.Subcrenulata, E.Parvifolia, E.Niphophila & E.Coccifera.

Ilex Nellie R Stevens (Holly)

Vigorous tree with highly glossy leaves and abundant scarlet berries.

Laurus Nobilis (Bay laurel)

Very dense, so ideal for screening. Often pyramidal in shape. Also grown for its aromatic foliage used in cooking.

Magnolia Grandiflora Cone

Evergreen tree with large shiny leaves and huge cream flowers.

Prefers a sunny position and can be planted against buildings

Olea Europaea (Olive)

The wonderful Olive tree with grey/green leaves, white flowers in late summer. Small tree. Likes sunny position.

Photinia Red Robin

Upright and compact dense shrub or small tree with long leaves that are bright red when young.

Photinia Red Robin 'Pleached'

Leaves bright red at first turning green later.Very popular, grown as a shrub or in pleached/espalier form.

Picea Abies

Norway Spruce not only a great Christmas tree, but also good for screening.

Picea Pungens Hoopsii

An excellent, small to medium size tree. Has a dense conical shape. Very vivid blue foliage.

Pinus Nigra (Austrian Pine)

The Austrian Pine has been widely planted with great success locally. Plant in groups to provide screening or privacy.

Pinus Wallichiana (Bhutan Pine)

Very elegant large tree with silky blue/green branches, weeping slightly with age.

Retains its lower branches, so maxium coverage for screening is achieved.

Pittosporum Tobira

Superb evergreen plant with glossey leaves.

Prunus Laurocerasus

English Laurel in tree form 1.8m clear stem with a bushy head, ideal for screening out the neighbours.

Prunus Lusitanica

Darker leaved than the laurocerasus with a tighter habit, ideal for screening.

Pyracantha

Spiny, evergreen shrub, small leaves, white flowers and abundant berries throughtout autumn. Excellent grown against a wall.

Quercus Ilex (Evergreen Oak)

The only evergreen Oak, so known as 'Holm Oak', it is shade tolerant and can be planted as a hedge.

Taxus Baccata (Yew)

The 'English Yew' - our native conifer. Small to medium tree or shrub with very dark green leaves. Excellent grown as a stately specimen tree or planted as a hedge - often seen formally clipped.

Viburnum Rhytidophyllum

Vigorous evergreen shrub with large, heavily veined leaves. Cream flowers in late spring followed by red fruit.

Viburnum Tinus

Compact bushy shrub with small leaves. Small white flowers throughout winter and spring.
